Where do you deliver?

We only deliver in Zones 1-4 in London but are hoping to expand when we can!

How long will delivery take?

Usually 3-4 days but please allow up to 7 days.

Can I choose exactly what's in my pack?

Afraid not. Plant Packs are rescued plants that growers would otherwise have to abandon, so they contain a mixture of colours.

Can I get a refund?

If your Plant Pack is damaged, you can contact us to request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We can be reached at [email protected].

Can I amend my order?

Sure, please just email us as [email protected] with your order number and your amends.
